Terms of Service — DeskBuilt

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DeskBuilt, a software platform operated by My Virtual Resources (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using DeskBuilt, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

DeskBuilt is a business-operations platform for painting and home-service businesses, covering leads, estimates, scheduling, invoicing, crew management, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you put into DeskBuilt (clients, projects, invoices, and so on). You’re responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having the right to store any personal information you enter about your own clients, employees, or contractors. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access another account’s data without authorization, interfering with the service’s normal operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; your account remains active through the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or have significantly overdue payment.

6. Disclaimers & liability

DeskBuilt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DeskBuilt after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
